I am looking for energy grant writers. With the energy rates going up in 2010 for PP & L customers for both business's and home owners, I'm looking for someone who's has exp. with writing grants on both a state and maybe federal level. There are many grants out there for small business owners, and upcoming tax incentives, including the new ACT 129 that is being drafted right now.
